One of the biggest casualties of Covid induced lock-downs and exponential increase of digital exposure to kids; from online classes to bloom in OTT platforms, is their health. The number of children who are obese, lethargic, irritable, or even having high blood pressure, type-2 diabetes are increasing day by day. 

Encouraging children to follow an exercising routine is essential for ensuring good physical and mental health for kids. We offer two fun-filled and engaging programs for kids of various age groups:
