Terms & Conditions
- The cost of each class or class package/ course/ workshop or membership will be shown clearly on our website, https://fitnessandmore.co.in/
- Advance bookings can be made online via our website, or in-person at our premises (subject to availability). It is your responsibility to ensure that you have made your booking and submitted payment correctly.
- Payment for your class/course/ workshop may be made by cash in person or online via credit card or debit card or UPI. Payments can be made online, or in person at the Studio.
- Membership fees will be due each month.
- Prices will be displayed on our website (https://fitnessandmore.co.in/) and are subject to change at any time prior to confirmation of a booking.
All classes are offered by us subject to availability. We do not guarantee availability at any time. - Fitness & More operates a policy that prevents you from taking part in a class if you are late. This policy is in place to prevent injury and to be mindful of the instructor and other participants in the class.
- Personal Trainers may operate from time to time at Fitness & More on a self-employed basis. Any service they provide to you constitutes a contract between the Personal Trainer and you rather than Fitness & More.
We may contact you from time to time with discounted classes and offers available.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. At Fitness & More, we have a clear ‘No Refund Policy‘. Once membership is purchased online or offline on our platform, there will be no refund. Thus, the buyer is advised to make an informed decision while making a purchase on our platform.
2. Membership once purchased is not transferable but can be adjusted if the circumstances allow.
3. Please note that our decision on any refund & cancellation policy shall be final & binding.
